- All Orders are Shipped UPS in continental USA only. Rates calculated by UPS.com
- An estimated packaging weight is included in the total shipping charge for each order however if the cost of shipping is more you will be notified and charged accordingly.
- Perishable items must be shipped overnight or second day. If ground shipping is selected we will change your shipping method to second day and charge you accordingly.
- Please contact us regarding any returns within 24 hours of receiving order.
Perishables are non-refundable.
- We take great care and pride in shipping your order in perfect condition and reserve the right to refuse returns if we determine the following: - Shipper is responsible for damage (claim damage with UPS) - Proper handling is not carried out upon receipt of order - Natural disaster such as hurricane, weather related storm delays, acts of terrorism
- Prices listed on this web site are subject to change without notice with the exception of items that are part of an existing confirmed order. If an order is received that is not completely to your satisfaction you must contact Bob’s with in 24 hours of receipt by calling 781-395-0400, ask for a manager regarding internet orders.
- Please Allow 24 hours for orders to be processed once all items are in stock and ready for packing. Items that are not in stock may delay shipping. You may choose to ship perishable items and non-perishables together, however this will be more expensive than shipping perishables separately. It may be less expensive to place separate orders for perishable and non-perishable items.
Please note, weekend and holiday orders will ship approximately 24 hours from next regular business day.
