All Orders are Shipped UPS in continental USA only. Rates calculated by UPS.com
A $10.00 packaging and handling fee plus shipping charge is applied to each shipment.
Perishable items must be shipped overnight
Perishables are non-refundable.
We take great care and pride in shipping your order in perfect condition and reserve the right to refuse returns if we determine the following: - Shipper is responsible for damage (claim damage with UPS) - Proper handling is not carried out upon receipt of order - Natural disaster such as hurricane, weather related storm delays, acts of terrorism
Prices listed on this web site are subject to change without notice with the exception of items that are part of an existing confirmed order. If an order is received that is not completely to your satisfaction you must contact Bob’s with in 24 hours of receipt by calling 781-395-0400, ask for Mail Order Department.
Please Allow 24 hours for orders to be processed once all items are in stock and ready for packing. Items that are not in stock will delay shipping of your order. You may choose to ship perishable items and non-perishables together however this will increase the cost of shipping. Please inquire about separate shipment options for these items when ordering. Weekend and holiday orders will ship approximately 24 hours from next regular business day. Once your order is processed a UPS tracking number will be emailed to you.
