Our authentic Prosciutto di Parma is made from top quality Italian pork in Parma, Italy where it's dry aged for 18 months then imported to us. Upon arrival we select the best pieces for our customers and slice each package fresh to order, vac sealed for shipping. In each slice you'll find a sweet and buttery texture with a lean center and velvety, cured outer edge. Mildly salty in flavor, serve with melon, figs, antipasti and many fine Italian recipes or enjoy this delicacy on it's own by the slice for a real treat!
