Le Orechiette Baresi di Puglia is a pasta made from durum wheat semolina and shaped magnificently to allow sauces and toppings to stick to it, making a delicious combination for any pasta recipe. We enjoy it simply with a San Marzano tomato marinara topped with Parmigiano Reggiano but also use it for a more hearty Bolognese on colder days. Try it with Pesto for a change sometime too!
